Eileen is one of ten siblings and knows what it is like to collaborate in a group and yet remain individual. As an adult, she started out to become a high school teacher but followed a path in the financial sector before returning to people development in recent years. She has worked with both international and local organisations as well as taken up the challenges of full-time motherhood and self-employment that has spanned across countries and cultures. Eileen has been coaching since 2008 and also facilitates group learning. She loves the outdoors and mountain hikes in particular. She brings a supportive space to her coaching work for clients to uncover their own insights toward better self-awareness and performance.
